Hi!  I'm Warner, an 8 year old Catahoula / Boxer mix.  I was originally adopted out about 5 years ago, but my dad was working long hours and didn't have time to care for me properly, so I recently came back to AARF.  I've been told I am a very nice, laid-back kind of guy.  I'm not too much trouble at all.  I'm actually a bit of a loner, but I get along very well with other dogs.  In fact, since I'm not crazy about being alone for long periods of time, I have been attending doggie daycare while my foster mom is at work, and I have lots of fun there.  I play a little, but mostly I just hang out with a 10 year old rottie that I have become friends with.  My favorite toy is anything that squeaks, closely followed by tennis balls.  I love to play fetch.  I also really enjoy going for walks.  When it's time to relax, I'm happy to doze off on my doggie bed.  If you really want to be my friend, you'll give me a frozen, stuffed kong to entertain myself with while you watch tv.  I love to go on car rides, too.  I'd be perfectly content running errands with you all day long.  I've already got the house-training stuff down.  I haven't had any accidents at all in my foster home.  I really am the best guy around and I would love to spend my golden years in a home of my own.  If you are looking for an easy-going companion, I'm your man.  Apply for me today!
